The Koncertsal is ideal for conferences, meetings and seminars with up to 210 participants. The room is open all the way up to the original ceiling, leaving the rustically decorative beams and rafters fully visible. The old building is painted white on the inside walls. Being a concert hall, the acoustic conditions make it possible for speakers at conferences or lectures to address their audience without the aid of a microphone.

Jens Birkemose has adorned the wall with a work specifically for Mogens Dahl Concert Hall, which with its vivid colors creates a dynamic background for the hall’s many activities. Jens Birkemos is an obvious choice to decorate just a concert hall, because he has an educational background in music theory and composition. The image is inspired by the madrigal comedy Il Combattimento di Tancredi e Clorinda by Claudio Monteverdi.
